1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website tracking page or via major carriers (USPS, DHL, etc.).
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
bitzee.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for US delivery, standard packages typically do not incur additional custom fees.
5. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
If you received your order damaged, or if your package was lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@bitzee.shop. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage in your email so we can process a free replacement for you immediately.
